Hey – I’m a librarian at Seymour Library in Auburn, NY. My son told me that the username “booksbunni” is lame, but I kinda like it. Anyways, I’ve started this blog as a way to get information out to people in our community who want to participate in our bookgroups. We have great groups and discussions & I hope you’ll consider joining us.
The lowdown: At Seymour Library, we have two book groups. While I facilitate the discussions, the group is self-governed. As a group, we select the books we will be reading. We read an eclectic mix of fiction and nonfiction. The discussions are open to anyone who has read the book and would like to contribute their thoughts.
The Evening Group usually meets the third Monday of each month at 7:00 PM.
The Morning Group usually meets the last Thursday of each month at 11:00 AM.
